Author: Vanshree Trust and Nirma institute of Pharmacy Students Association organized a Plantation drive on 21st August 2016 at Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad. The drive was organized in coalition with Radio Mirchi (Ahmedabad).
The Plantation Drive was carried at Godrej garden City with guidance from Mrs Anjana Nimavat (Green Ambassador Gandhinagar District) who guided the students about how plants are beneficial to the society and once planted, how they should be taken care of.
Also present at the event were Dr. Sanjeev Acharya, Faculty Chairperson, NIPSA and Mrs. Shital Bhutani, Faculty of Pharmaceutics, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University.
100 students gathered for the good cause.
200 Plants were planted and will be nurtured by NIPSA.
