Author: Every year, Vanshree trust and forest department of Gandhinagar make joint bird rescue mission during Uttarayan. This year, the count of rescued birds was 40 during the two days of Uttarayan.
Several Rock pigeons, Black kite, Yellow footed green pigeon, parakeet, Black Ibis and other critically endangered species were among those injured during two days of the Uttarayan festival.
STOP FLYING KITES, LET BIRDS ROAM IN THEIR OWN KINGDOM i.e. Sky……
When will cruel Humans (now a day’s animals) become human and human becoming worst dangerous animal. Lets hope for some change.
The rush of birds began yet again at Vanshree Trust Gandhinagar. The Kite strings caused a lot of damage to birds of various species. Our doctors and volunteers treated best to save them.
